Description
A Silver metal and enamel device 1 1/8 inches (2.86 cm) in height overall consisting of a shield rounded at top blazoned:  Or, a saltire couped Sable, overall three horses heads conjoined in pairle Argent.  Attached below the shield a Silver scroll inscribed FIDELIS in Black letters.

Symbolism
The shield is yellow for Cavalry.  The three horses heads and the couped saltire represent the number of the Regiment- 3-10.  The motto translates to Faithful.

Background
The distinctive unit insignia was approved on 23 September 1932.  It was rescinded on 2 February 1959.

That for the regiments and separate battalions of the Army Reserve:  On a wreath of the colors Or and Sable, the Lexington Minute Man, Captain John Parker (H.H. Kitson, sculptor), stands on the Common in Lexington, Massachusetts.
